After completing a banking apprenticeship and attending evening high school, Michele Blasucci studied law at the University of St. Gallen (HSG). During his studies, he set up the audit firm BKK Audit AG and the trust company Findea AG, which he moved to Winterthur and further expanded after graduation. In summer 2005, he launched the start-up platform Startups.ch AG. Within a short period of time, Startups.ch became the leading company start-up platform in Switzerland. He has been managing Nexus AG since September 2014.

Bálint Farkas completed a double master's degree in Accounting and Finance as well as in International Management at the University of St. Gallen (HSG). During his studies, he supported the finance department at Startups.ch and, after a short training period, took over the areas of accounting and controlling. He has been CFO of Findea.ch since June 2019.

Nicola Hamann recognized his passion for the trust industry early on — he completed a commercial apprenticeship at a trust company in Kreuzlingen TG. After graduating as a trustee with a federal certificate in autumn 2017, he gained almost 5 years of experience in auditing and completed further training as a Dipl. Auditor completed. He has worked for Findea AG since April 2023.

Mit fast zehn Jahren Erfahrung im Bereich Treuhand und Wirtschaftsprüfung erwarb Bastien zunächst das eidgenössische Fachausweis als Finanz- und Rechnungswesen-Spezialist, bevor er das eidgenössische Diplom als Finanz- und Controlling-Experte erwarb, das er 2024 erfolgreich abschloss. Bastien kam im Herbst 2022 als Mandatsleiter zur Findea SA in Genf, bevor er Direktor der Findea-Niederlassungen für die französischsprachige Region wurde. Bastien stammt aus Genf und geniesst die abwechslungsreiche Landschaft der Schweiz. Er ist ein leidenschaftlicher Fussballfan und Schiedsrichter in der 3. Schweizer Liga. An den Wochenenden können Sie ihn auf einem Spielfeld der Ersten Liga Promotion antreffen, wo er im ganzen Land als Schiedsrichter fungiert.

Marcella Cirillo's professional life began in the classic way with a three-year apprenticeship as a business assistant. She was then able to supplement her part-time studies for a federal certificate in finance and accounting with practical work in a service and collection agency. She has been happy to work for Findea since the beginning of 2020.

Marco Giger completed his commercial apprenticeship at Innovative Sensor Technology AG in Ebnat-Kappel. After graduating, he worked in accounting for a further six months before starting his vocational baccalaureate. In September, he will start his part-time studies at the ZHAW. In addition to his work/studies, Marco enjoys playing sport. He grew up in Ebnat-Kappel, where he supports the football club as an active player. In winter, he enjoys skiing in the mountains, whether on or off the slopes.

Simon Husi completed his law degree at the University of Zurich with a Master of Law. After completing his studies, he worked both at the Zurich District Court and in a Zurich commercial law firm and was subsequently admitted to the Zurich Bar. He has been working for Startups.ch since September 2021. Simon is fluent in German and English.

Mattia Piccoli holds a bachelor's degree in business administration and a master's degree in accounting and finance, both from the University of St. Gallen. His professional career has included positions in strategic marketing, project management, and digital product development. In doing so, he developed a keen sense for market trends, customer needs, and innovative technologies. With a strong focus on growth, brand strategy, and data-driven marketing, he combines business expertise with digital innovation to position companies for the future and develop them sustainably.

Arnaud Emonet has worked for Startups.ch in Winterthur since July 2016. He began as a marketing consultant for western Switzerland and has been a marketing manager since 2019. Arnaud has a bachelor's degree in business administration and a master's degree in marketing and communication. By founding his own start-up, Arnaud has gained experience in the areas of entrepreneurship, marketing, real estate and hospitality. Arnaud speaks French, German and English.

Lydia Schär studied communication science and media research at the University of Zurich and completed a marketing internship at an international company after completing her bachelor's degree. She then worked as a digital content creator for a start-up and has been working as a junior marketing manager at Startups.ch since April 2023.

Una Vidanovic holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Business Administration and Economics from the University of Zurich. During her studies she gained experience in various fields of work in international companies such as Microsoft and Amazon Web Services. She has been working as Junior Marketing Manager at Findea.ch since November 2024.

Paul supports the team in operational support. He answers customer inquiries, takes on administrative tasks and ensures efficient internal processes. Paul is interested in technology, enjoys hiking and watching movies.
